Migration is not about losing yourself but about starting anew. This piece from my ‘Stubborn Nature’ series reflects the persistent power of nature, intertwined with stories of urban transformation and the effort to take root again. The ivy in the work is inspired by a photo I took when I first came to London for my solo exhibition. The silhouette of Istanbul represents my old home, while the architectural structure of London houses symbolizes my attempt to settle here. It’s about finding a new place, a new life, yet always with a nature that refuses to give up. We will keep blooming.
